      Prof. Dr. Jasmine Sheela embarked on her remarkable nursing journey as a Registered Nurse and Midwife (RN RM) from 1990 to 1994 at a reputed multispecialty hospital in Chennai. She pursued her higher education at The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, earning her Post Certificate B.Sc. Nursing (P.C.B.Sc.) in April 2001 and her M.Sc. in Paediatric Nursing in February 2005.

      With an impressive 8 years of clinical expertise and 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. Jasmine Sheela has been an inspiring leader, serving as the Principal of Mount Zion College of Nursing for the past 14 years. Her dedication to academic excellence and innovation in nursing education led her to attain a Ph.D. in Nursing in 2018 from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.

      Dr. Jasmine Sheela's areas of expertise include curriculum planning, policy development, and integrating innovative teaching-learning methodologies into nursing education. Under her guidance, Mount Zion College of Nursing has consistently excelled in fostering professional growth and academic achievement. An accomplished academician, Dr. Jasmine Sheela has organized numerous national and state-level conferences and workshops, significantly contributing to professional development in nursing. She is an active participant in national and international conferences, presenting and publishing scientific articles. Her scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals have enriched the field of nursing.

      Prof. Dr. Jerin Kumar J serves as the Vice Principal of Mount Zion College of Nursing, Pudukkottai. With over 15 years of experience in teaching, he is dedicated to shaping the future of nursing education. He holds a Ph.D. in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, along with an M.Sc. in Nursing (Mental Health Nursing) and an M.Sc. in Counseling and Psychotherapy. His expertise spans mental health, counseling, and academic leadership. He is a Doctoral Committee Expert at Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (Deemed to be University), guiding research scholars in their academic pursuits. He has held key positions in reputed institutions, including AIIMS Patna and Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, contributing significantly to the field of nursing education. He is actively involved in organizing workshops, conferences, and training programs at state and national levels, focusing on mental health, suicide prevention, and innovative nursing practices. He has published research papers in reputed journals and is a member of professional organizations like the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI) and the International Association for Youth Mental Health (IAYMH).
